Dick Hooper started his banking career in 1973 as a real estate loan officer and has since worked in commercial leasing, interim construction lending and commercial business lending. He spent 15 years as a senior workout and restructuring specialist for both Bank of California and as manager of the Special Credits Department for Key Bank of Alaska during the Alaska banking crisis years.

Dick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from EWSU and is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University, Pacific Coast Banking School at UW and numerous other professional courses. Dick is a current member of Turnaround Management Association and an active Board Member of the Consumer Education and Training Service (Cents) in Seattle, Washington.

MARCIA A. FREY, VICE PRESIDENT

Marcia Frey has spent over 25 years in commercial banking, working in all aspects of operations and lending to small business and consumers and credit analysis functions. For nine years she was the senior administrative officer for the workout department of Bank of California, responsible for documentation, collateral analysis, and customer interface for operations issues.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has successfully completed numerous other professional courses. Marcia is a current member of Turnaround Management Association and is on the Executive Committe of
the Board of Directors for the Consumer Education and Training Service (Cents) in Seattle, Washington.

OUR TEAM:
Dick Hooper and Marcia A. Frey have over 60 years combined experience in all areas of commercial lending, leasing and banking operations. For nine years, they teamed together as the Senior Workout Officer and Senior Administrative Officer for a major national bank, during which time they held the record as the most successful team in the bank's workout department for recovering assets and collecting revenue.
Marcia and Dick are honered to be one of the few non-legal professonals chosen to serve on the Executive Committee and Board of the Consumer Education and Training Service (Cents) in Seattle, Washington. Cents is a fast growing, non-profit organization comprised of mostly legal professionals (attorneys, judges, trustees, etc) who address services provided to financially troubled consumers.
