Experienced Staff

Dick Hooper and Marcia Frey have over 60 years combined experience in all areas of commercial lending, leasing and banking operations. For nine years, they teamed together as the Senior Workout Officer and Senior Administrative Officer for a major national bank. During that time they reclaimed over $200 million for the bank.

Dick Hooper started his banking career in 1973 as a real estate loan officer and has since worked in commercial leasing, interim construction lending and commercial business lending. He spent 15 years as a senior workout and restructuring specialist for both Bank of California and as manager of the Special Credits Department for Key Bank of Alaska during the Alaska banking crisis years.

Dick holds a Bachelor of Science degree from EWSU and is a graduate of the School of Mortgage Banking at Northwestern University, Pacific Coast Banking School at UW and numerous other professional courses. Dick is a Current member of Turnaround Management Association.

Marcia Frey has spent over 25 years in commercial banking, working in all aspects of operations and lending to small business and consumers and credit analysis functions. For nine years she was the senior administrative officer for the workout department of Bank of California, responsible for documentation, collateral analysis, and customer interface for operations issues.

She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has successfully completed numerous other professional courses. Marcia is a current member of Turnaround Management Association.
